The firm, named for elder family members who ran successful West Los Angeles businesses, prides itself on honesty, integrity, and service in the tradition of James' family. Harrington-Phillips offers a full range of Real Estate Services. We specialize in Commercial Lending with approximately 70% of our business being commercial loans.
